Orders placed with non-Canadian shipping addresses will be cancelled
We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
Our shipping broker does not support delivery to PO Boxes, including those serviced by Canada Post. Please ensure your order includes a valid physical Canadian address. Orders submitted with a PO Box may be delayed or cancelled.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
Orders are not shipped on weekends, Mondays or statutory holidays
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.
Delivery timelines vary by destination and carrier service. Estimated delivery times will be provided when you receive your confirmation & tracking number. Delivery delays may occasionally occur and are outside of our control once an order has shipped.
